I enjoyed the really great stay. The breakfast was amazing, everything was perfect. The service in the property was excellent too. Onsite gastronomic restaurant was excellent with funny staff.
-
I enjoyed incredibly attentive employees!
I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was an amazing stay. Room was extremely basic: large bed, luxurious bathroom. The pool was amazing with a sauna and a whirlpool.
-
Okay location and facilities, automated check-in. Room had a modern bathroom that we enjoyed. Late check-out was useful. The hotel was in a pretty comfortable area.
-
We had a nice experience staying here. The main bar was lively and the drinks were complimentary. The hotel was just off both the facilities and the motorway thanks to its ideal location.
-
A convenient place to stay when in Bury. Meals were delightful! Had neat double room with shower, ironing board, excellent bathroom facilities.
-
Fabulous service and comfort, I appreciated its essentials. Thanks to everyone, especially breakfast staff.
Views were not so great.

It's the best 3-star experience I ever had. A pretty basic hotel with pleasant staff and a warm breakfast. There was plenty of incredible meals. My superior room was comfy & good size.
Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.
-
Breakfast was good.
Reception staff need customer service training! This was my second stay at the Village Hotel in Bury and both times I was not happy with the attitude of the reception staff. I definitely won't be staying by choice again but unfortunately my Company booked the hotel.
-
Excellent spa pool good showers lovely towel. Lovely room and bathroom. Super breakfast.
-
We found the staff very helpful and was very pleased with the facilities for wheelchair access.
-
Very average Hotel. Has delusions of grandeur and charges should be in the next bracket down. I've stayed in better Premier Inns !!
Safety in the bathroom....lack of toiletries, overpriced food, different prices in different Bars...generally lacking substance.
-
Location was good - ease of getting into the centre of Manchester
-
The tribute acts, usually try to stay over when attending one even though I live in Bury.
No can't think of anything, everything was fine.
-
Friendliness of staff, clean room
Electric wire to heated towel rail looked dangerous - wires on show
-
Comfortable room, large bathroom with bath and shower. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
